UPDATE: This drawing was featured in GACKT's blog! I put both my drawings into livejournal's Project G and both got featured but this one got singled out! I was so honored and happy! You can see GACKT's blog here ---> [link]
My second Gackt Camui drawing. Again, this took me four days (I believe) to do. And boy is my thumb sore. All that sharpening.
Gackt Camui #1 ---> [link]
The black colored pencils I bought for this picture were different than the ones I used for the first Gackt picture. Though they were darker (at least I think they were), they were more waxy. So it had a different effect. I don't think it blended as nicely as the last black colored pencil on my first picture did. -___- Darn. The hair was difficult. It's not nice and fluffy like the picture. But I think it still turned out interesting enough.
This picture was done using Prisma Color pencils (with the exception of the black):
Tuscan Red
Black
Light Umber
Pink
White
Dark Umber
Sienna Brown
Celadon Green
Warm Grey 10%
Olive Green
Blush Pink
Burnt Ochre
Spanish Orange
Peach
Light Peach
Goldenrod
True Blue
Light Cerulean Blue
I would like to try to do one in pastel one of these days, but for right now I'm going to stick with the colored pencils. I am going to do more of these kinds of drawings and I'd like them to all look like they're from the same...series kind of thing. I am going to do Ayumi Hamasaki, Koda Kumi, and Kyo from Dir en Grey (and a third Gackt one later down the road). Which one do you think I should try next?
This is the one I hope to send to Gackt. I'm going to try!

Hello. I am looking to hire someone to draw the covers for my book series. Are you interested? I love your work. Your men are so pretty but still so masculine. Please, I hope you reply to me. Thank you.
